I composed this image during the Orchid Symphony Exhibit, an exuberant display of orchids at the U.S. Botanic Garden, in Washington D.C., in April 2014. The flowers were nestled among ornamental gardens and musical fountains, a great source of inspiration for any artistic activity. Orchids from all over the world were featured in a multitude of different environments.
